TOKYO -- Mazda Motor, headquartered in western Japan's Hiroshima prefecture, has established a new office presence in Tokyo to help it hobnob with the metropolis' startups and software engineers -- key resources for riding the waves of electrification and digitization sweeping the auto industry.
