TOKYO -- Japan's Mitsubishi Motors slashed its profit projections Wednesday to factor in the impact of U.S. tariffs and a slowdown in Southeast Asia sales, lowering its consolidated net profit outlook for the current fiscal year to 10 billion yen ($67.7 million), a 76% drop on the year.
