TOKYO -- Japan's Nissan Motor demonstrated its latest self-driving technology that uses artificial intelligence in Tokyo's bustling Ginza district, showing off a vehicle that can safely maneuver around crowds, tourists and taxis at a level it hopes will rival Tesla, its main competitor in the field.
