China bubble tea chain Mixue to buy takeout draft beer purveyor for $40m

DALIAN, China -- China's largest beverage chain company, Mixue Group, is spending nearly 297 million yuan ($41.7 million) to acquire the operator of Fulu Fresh Beer to-go draft beer bars in hopes of expanding its own lineup and reaching beyond younger generations.
