Gyu-Kaku barbecue chain owner to buy Aussie steakhouse operator

TOKYO -- Japanese food service company Colowide will acquire all shares of Australian steakhouse operator Seagrass Holdco, the group said Tuesday, providing a more stable supply of beef for its various restaurant brands.
