MONTREAL -- Alain Bouchard, executive chairman of Alimentation Couche-Tard, says a hostile takeover of Japan's Seven & i Holdings is "not in the plan" as the Canadian retailer seeks to acquire the Japanese owner of the 7-Eleven convenience store chain.
