TOKYO -- Japanese package delivery group SG Holdings, the parent of Sagawa Express, will acquire Shanghai-based peer Shanghai Runbow Logistics and Technology, the company said Friday, aiming to tap China's growing demand for shipping services backed by continuous economic and population growth.
