TOKYO -- Canadian retail group Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT) never identified a viable strategic buyer for the U.S. outlets that needed to be divested to deal with antitrust issues arising from the proposed combination with Seven & i, the Japanese company said on Tuesday.
