TOKYO -- Japanese electronics group Sharp decided to sell a portion of the land and facilities used for a mothballed LCD television panel factory in Sakai, Osaka prefecture, to SoftBank Corp. in a deal estimated at 100 billion yen ($636 million), Nikkei learned on Friday.
