BANGKOK/LAS VEGAS -- Thailand's former prime ministers-turned-fugitives Thaksin and Yingluck Shinawatra, who are hugely popular among opponents of the country's pro-military government, resurfaced in Las Vegas this week in a surprise new role: startup backers.
