HONG KONG -- Lenovo Group's Chairman and Chief Executive Yang Yuanqing said Friday that the slumping market for personal computers could pick itself up as early as the second half of this year, after weak demand dragged the Chinese technology company to double-digit drops in quarterly revenue and profit.
