Tencent tackles 'astonishing' internal corruption as growth slows

Baidu and other tech players also take closer look at employee behavior

HONG KONG -- Tencent Holdings said it sacked more than 100 workers for bribery and embezzlement last year as China's biggest company by market cap attempts to tackle what its CEO has called an "astonishing" level of internal corruption.
