BEIJING/TOKYO -- Hikvision and Dahua Technology, China's two leading manufacturers of surveillance cameras, have quickly recovered from a revenue hit caused by U.S. sanctions as demand grows from corporations adopting measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
