SEOUL -- South Korea's Supreme Court on Thursday overturned an appellate court ruling that had ordered SK Chairman Chey Tae-won to pay his wife 1.4 trillion won ($1 billion) in a record divorce settlement, easing immediate financial pressure on the tycoon who controls top global memory chipmaker SK Hynix.
