MANILA/TOKYO -- Uniqlo operator Fast Retailing opened a flagship store in the Philippines on Friday as it aggressively expands in Southeast Asia, a market where the Japanese casual clothing retailer leads globally larger rivals Hennes & Mauritz and Zara owner Inditex.
