TOKYO -- Singapore-based and Japanese-run education startup Manabie International is embarking on a mission to roll out services that will digitize schools in the Philippines and Vietnam later this year, betting that digitization to be integral to meeting the rising education goals in rapidly growing Southeast Asia.
