TOKYO -- Hitachi announced on Monday that it will promote Executive Vice President Toshiaki Tokunaga to president and CEO on April 1. By elevating the information technology division leader to replace Keiji Kojima, 68, the Japanese electrical conglomerate expects to pursue a growth strategy centered on its digital business.
