TOKYO -- Tokyo Electric Power Co. Holdings reported Thursday a group net loss of 857.6 billion yen ($5.68 billion) for the three months ended June, weighed down by preparations to retrieve melted-fuel debris from its tsunami-wrecked Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
