TOKYO -- Japan's Tokyo Gas has signed a deal to explore purchasing liquefied natural gas from a project in Alaska that U.S. President Donald Trump has been pushing to get off the ground, just days before Trump will visit Japan for talks with new Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi.
