TOKYO -- Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken, a U.S. fast-food chain, will open its first Japanese location in Tokyo's Akihabara district on Thursday, featuring its trademark spicy fried chicken sandwiches along with a menu of Japan-exclusive drinks and desserts.
