MANILA -- AC Health, the health care arm of Philippine conglomerate Ayala Corp., on Friday signed a "strategic partnership" with Japanese drugstore chain Sugi Holdings, marking the latest of its recent tie-ups with foreign players as it pushes to expand at home.
