Japan's JR Central to advise Taiwanese bullet train operator

NAGOYA -- Central Japan Railway, or JR Central, expects to sign a technical consulting agreement soon with the operator of Taiwan's shinkansen bullet train service, first giving advice on a railroad extension project slated for 2016.
