MUMBAI -- The Indian rupee has become one of Asia's worst-performing currencies this year as mixed signals continue from U.S. President Donald Trump about tariffs on India, and it could face further trouble if the South Asian nation's trade war with its biggest export destination is not resolved in the months ahead.
