Sony hails success of PlayStation 5 at Tokyo Game Show

CHIBA, Japan -- Sony Group declared its PlayStation 5 to be its "most financially successful" game console ever on Thursday at the Tokyo Game Show 2025, where the company is showcasing software for the device ranging from titles such as Japanese entertainment group Square Enix's long-running Dragon Quest series to indie games from overseas creators.
