TOKYO -- The Nobel Prize shared by Osaka University professor Shimon Sakaguchi for the discovery of regulatory T-cells is boosting joint research partner Chugai Pharmaceutical, as investors hope the Japanese drugmaker's support for basic research will eventually yield new treatments.
