TOKYO -- Artisan Partners, the U.S.-based investor in Seven & i Holdings, posted concerns on Sunday about "potential conflicts of interest" regarding the appointment of Stephen Hayes Dacus as the next president of the Japanese retail giant. On Monday, the Japanese retailer responded with an open letter to the shareholders, stating that the Artisan Partner's claim had come out "without knowing all the facts."
