TOKYO -- Seven & i Holdings will appoint Stephen Hayes Dacus, who is the lead independent director of the retail group, as company president, marking the latest move amid a takeover bid from Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard. Incumbent President Ryuichi Isaka will step down.
