HAMBURG, Germany -- Temu has signed a deal with Austrian Post for seamless delivery of its products and to offer what it calls a "local-to-local" customer experience, a move experts say is partly aimed at improving its image as the Chinese retail platform faces EU sanctions for selling illegal goods.
