KUMAMOTO, Japan (Kyodo) -- A fossil found nearly three decades ago in southwestern Japan's Kumamoto prefecture has been identified to be a previously unclassified genus and species of pterosaur, or prehistoric flying reptile, a local dinosaur museum said Tuesday.
