Japan's Shimon Sakaguchi shares Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine

TOKYO/OSAKA -- The Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine for 2025 has been awarded to Shimon Sakaguchi, a distinguished professor at Osaka University, and two other scientists for the groundbreaking discovery of regulatory T-cells.
