TAIPEI -- China's top NAND flash memory chip maker, Yangtze Memory Technologies Corp. (YMTC), has started building its third plant as the U.S.-blacklisted company taps surging domestic demand driven by localization efforts and the AI boom, Nikkei Asia has learned.
