Commerce secretary pushes for more investment into semiconductors

SAN JOSE, California -- The U.S. will require a second CHIPS Act if the country wants to "lead the world" in the semiconductor field, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo said Wednesday at an Intel foundry event.
