SK Hynix plans to double NAND shipments, sees chip shortage easing

South Korean manufacturer posts record revenue in 2021 on memory demand

SEOUL -- SK Hynix said on Friday it plans to approximately double shipments of NAND flash memory chips this year, a move that would vault it to No. 2 position in the sector globally after it completed the first stage of acquiring U.S. company Intel's NAND business.
