TAIPEI/TOKYO/SEOUL -- Since October, SK Hynix's headquarters in Icheon, near Seoul, has seen a steady stream of visitors from PC makers and electronics suppliers arriving for urgent meetings with the South Korean memory chipmaker's executives.
