SHIZUOKA, Japan -- Toyota Motor on Thursday officially opened Woven City, an experimental collaborative community in Shizuoka prefecture in central Japan, where the automaker intends to test out technologies such as autonomous driving and logistics robots, in an environment where residents actually live.
