TOKYO -- Orex Sai, a joint venture between Japan's NTT Docomo and NEC, will sign a deal to export 30 billion yen ($200 million) in telecommunications infrastructure technology to Indonesia, Nikkei has learned, as part of a project to develop a high-speed communications network there by fiscal 2026.
