TOKYO/BANGKOK/JAKARTA -- East Japan Railway is training drivers for India's high-speed rail project and bidding on management services for Philippine commuter lines, part of a push to expand across Asia and reach cumulative sales of over 100 billion yen ($663 million) by 2032.
