TOKYO -- Japanese logistics company SBS Holdings plans to have foreign workers make up 30% of its truck drivers within 10 years, hiring 1,800 people mostly from Indonesia, Nikkei has learned, as Japan's transporters increasingly look overseas to grapple with the industry's labor crunch.
