SINGAPORE -- Singapore broke ground on Wednesday on its fifth terminal at Changi Airport, a multi-billion-dollar project that marks the airport's most ambitious and extensive expansion to date, as the city-state prepares for a rise in air travel across Asia and greater competition among aviation hubs.
