TOKYO -- Toyota Motor will work with Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Group on a project to turn farm waste into fuel for hydrogen-powered cars as the Japanese carmaker insisted electric vehicles are "not the only option" for achieving carbon neutrality.
