HO CHI MINH CITY -- Vietjet has received its first plane from a $32 billion order for 200 aircraft from Boeing, with Vietnam's government describing the delivery as a "vivid demonstration" of the nation's "comprehensive strategic partnership" with the U.S. even as it comes a decade after the deal was initially discussed.
