KOH PHANGAN, Thailand/KUALA LUMPUR/JAKARTA -- Incidents of anti-Israel sentiment appear to becoming more frequent in Thailand, driven in part by the spread of misinformation on social media, as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza has brought to the surface simmering resentment toward Israeli tourists.
