IHG adds three Crowne Plaza hotels in Japan in bid to reach smaller cities

TOKYO -- IHG Hotels & Resorts, a U.K.-based hotel chain, announced on Wednesday that it will rebrand three hotels from a local operator in smaller Japanese cities in a bid to add destinations to its hotel network.
