TOKYO -- Japan's Pocketalk, a developer of mobile translation devices, is launching a smartphone-based service in February that simultaneously translates Japanese into as many as 75 languages including English and Chinese, Nikkei has learned, letting tour guides speak to groups with mixed languages.
