BANGKOK/HONG KONG -- Chelsea Deng's family was supposed to reunite in Bangkok for the Lunar New Year this week. But after a Chinese actor briefly disappeared from Thailand in early January, she and her husband decided not to travel from London while their parents flew in from China.
