BOJ's Kuroda blames yen's weakness on the dollar's strength

TOKYO -- Bank of Japan Gov. Haruhiko Kuroda said he would not be stirred into action by the yen's plunge against the dollar, and pinned the Japanese currency's woes on the rise of the greenback.
