SHANGHAI -- China's inflationary pressure eased further in December, thanks to lower food and commodity prices. But a recent flare up of COVID-19 cases, notably in Tianjin, has weighed on the growth outlook for the first quarter amid preparations for the upcoming Spring Festival and Winter Olympics.
