TOKYO -- The International Monetary Fund revised up its regional growth outlook in 2024 for Asia and Pacific by 0.1 percentage point to 4.6%, compared to its last outlook in April, but cautioned that geopolitical tensions, China's property market correction and other factors risk dragging that down.
