TOKYO -- The extremely powerful Typhoon Haishen, approaching the shores of Japan, could knockdown power cables, overturn moving trucks and potentially turn flying objects -- such as umbrellas, wet towels and magazines -- into dangerous weapons, the Japan Meteorological Agency warned Saturday.
