HO CHI MINH CITY -- Search and rescue is underway in Vietnam, where Supertyphoon Yagi left dozens dead, toppled a bridge that pushed people and vehicles into a rushing river, and reportedly damaged manufacturing facilities from LG to Apple supplier Pegatron.
